Rethinking the free plan listening experience

Early in my career, I noticed something: no product decision belongs to just one lens. When it feels like a user problem, the business is in the room. When it feels like a product call, the user is already affected. When it feels like a business move, the product carries the weight. They don't exist in isolation, they pull on each other, always.

That's where Design Drop comes from. A space to practice seeing all three at once. To look at real products, ask honest questions, and build the muscle for holding that tension: user, product and business without collapsing it into just one.

The more products I work on, the sharper that lens needs to be. This is how I'm sharpening it.
