Dhanya joined Vidhya Vidhai as a part-time intern in the Solution Design team while she was still pursuing her course. She worked with us on creating short-form learning resources for school leaders, especially around mentoring and facilitation.
What I appreciated about Dhanya was how quickly she picked things up. Even with tight timelines, she was able to understand the requirement and deliver quality work without needing much handholding. She was sincere, dependable, and open to feedback, which made working with her seamless.
